التعريف
قابلية التبادل خاصية المادة المرجعية أو الكونترول التي تجعلها تتصرف مثل عينات المرضى الحقيقية عند قياسها بطرق مختلفة. المادة غير القابلة للتبادل قد تُظهر فرقاً بين طريقتين لا وجود له عند المرضى أو تخفي فرقاً حقيقياً، ولذلك تُفضَّل المواد القابلة للتبادل في التقييم الخارجي والتحقق من دفعات الكاشف.
Definition
Commutability is the property of a reference or control material that makes it behave like genuine patient samples when measured by different methods. A non-commutable material can show a difference between two methods that patients do not show, or hide a real one, so commutable materials are preferred for EQA and lot verification.
