إصدار النتائج حاسوبياً عندما تجتاز قواعد محددة مسبقاً، مثل قبول الكونترول وغياب تنبيهات الجهاز ووقوع مؤشرات المصل ضمن الحدود واجتياز فحص الفرق ووقوع القيمة ضمن مجال معين. تغطي إرشادات CLSI تصميمه والتصديق عليه. يتيح للعاملين التركيز على النتائج القليلة التي تحتاج إلى مراجعة بشرية ويختصر زمن الإنجاز.
Definition
Computer-based release of results that pass predefined rules, such as acceptable QC, no instrument flags, serum indices within limits, a passed delta check and a value inside a set range. CLSI guidance covers its design and validation. It lets staff focus on the minority of results that need human review and shortens turnaround time.
