إحكام القياس داخل المختبر هو التشتت الكلي في مختبر واحد على مدى فترة طويلة، ويشمل تغير المشغلين ودفعات الكاشف والمعايرات. يُقدَّر وفق بروتوكول CLSI EP15 بتمرير العينة خمس مرات يومياً لمدة خمسة أيام، وهو الرقم الأنسب لحساب حدود الكونترول وتقدير الارتياب.
Definition
Within-laboratory precision, also called intermediate precision, is the total scatter in one lab over an extended period, including changes of operator, reagent lot and calibration. CLSI EP15 estimates it with 5 replicates a day for 5 days, and it is the right figure for setting QC limits and estimating uncertainty.
