قياس انخفاض الضوء النافذ بسبب جسيمات معلقة في المحلول، وتتم القراءة على امتداد الحزمة الضوئية. تُستعمل في التحاليل المناعية العكارية مثل CRP وASO وHbA1c على أجهزة الكيمياء العادية، وقد يسبب التركيز العالي جداً للمستضد تأثير الخطاف.
Definition
Measurement of the reduction in transmitted light caused by particles suspended in a solution, read in line with the light beam. It is used for immunoturbidimetric tests such as CRP, ASO and HbA1c on standard chemistry analyzers, and very high antigen levels can cause a hook effect.
