التحقق من الصحة دراسة تقدر انحياز الطريقة وتؤكد أنه ضمن بيانات الشركة المصنعة أو مواصفات المختبر. تُستخدم فيها مواد مرجعية أو عينات تقييم خارجي ذات قيم مستهدفة موثوقة أو مقارنة طرق بعينات المرضى، كقياس مادة HbA1c موثقة ومقارنة النتيجة بقيمتها المسندة.
Definition
Trueness verification is the study that estimates a method's bias and confirms it is within the manufacturer's claim or the lab's specification. It uses reference materials, EQA samples with reliable target values, or a method comparison with patient samples, for example measuring a certified HbA1c material and comparing the result with its assigned value.
