التعريف
انتقال الأثر هو انتقال جزء من عينة أو كاشف إلى العينة التالية، مما يسبب انحياز النتيجة الثانية. يُختبر بتمرير عينة مرتفعة ثلاث مرات ثم عينة منخفضة ثلاث مرات، ويكون مهماً عندما تسبق عينة hCG أو تروبونين مرتفعة جداً عينة قريبة من قيمة القطع.
Definition
Carryover is the transfer of material from one sample or reagent into the next, which biases the second result. It is tested by running a high sample three times followed by a low sample three times, and it matters when a very high hCG or troponin sample precedes one near the cutoff.
