النوعية التحليلية هي قدرة الطريقة على قياس المادة المقصودة وحدها دون أن تتأثر بمواد أخرى موجودة في العينة. تُقيَّم بدراسات التفاعل المتصالب والتداخل، كالتحقق من تفاعل مقايسة الكورتيزول المناعية مع البريدنيزولون.
Definition
Analytical specificity is the ability of a method to measure only the intended analyte without being affected by other substances in the sample. It is assessed through cross-reactivity and interference studies, for example checking whether a cortisol immunoassay reacts with prednisolone.
