التعريف
سلسلة التتبّع هي تسلسل المعايرات الموثقة الذي يربط نتيجة المريض بالمرجع الأعلى، من وحدة SI أو المادة المرجعية الدولية نزولاً إلى معايِر الشركة ثم الجهاز. تنشر شركات الكواشف هذه السلسلة في وثائقها، ويطلب المدققون رؤيتها دليلاً على التتبّع المترولوجي.
Definition
The traceability chain is the documented sequence of calibrations linking a patient result to the highest reference, from an SI unit or international reference material down through the manufacturer's calibrator to the analyser. Reagent makers publish the chain in their documents, and assessors ask to see it as evidence of metrological traceability.
