ضبط الجودة القائم على المخاطر هو تصميم خطة الضبط انطلاقاً من تقييم ما قد يفشل في التحليل ومقدار الضرر الذي يسببه خطأ غير مكتشف، كما يصفه دليل CLSI EP23. تُحدد على أساسه أعداد الكونترول والقواعد وطول الدورة، فيحصل تحليل عالي الخطورة كالتروبونين على ضبط أشد من تحليل مستقر قليل الخطورة.
Definition
Risk-based quality control is the design of a QC plan from an assessment of what can go wrong with a test and how much harm an undetected error could cause, as described in CLSI EP23. It sets the number of controls, the rules and the run size, so a high-risk troponin assay gets tighter QC than a stable low-risk test.
