التعريف
الموافقة الرسمية على النتائج من شخص مخوّل تُسجَّل هويته، قبل إصدارها إلى الجهة الطالبة. يشترط ISO 15189 أن يحدد المختبر من يحق له اعتماد كل نوع من النتائج. مثلاً قد يعتمد أخصائي المختبر الأقدم نتائج الكيمياء الروتينية، بينما يوقع الطبيب المخبري على لطاخات الدم التي تظهر فيها أرومات.
Definition
The formal approval of results by an authorized person, whose identity is recorded, before they are released to the requester. ISO 15189 requires the lab to define who may authorize which results. For example, a senior scientist may authorize routine chemistry while a pathologist signs off blood films showing blasts.
