التعريف
مادة أو مزيج يتفاعل مع المادة المقاسة، أو يساعد التفاعل، لإعطاء إشارة قابلة للقياس. لكل كاشف شروط تخزين ورقم تشغيلة وتاريخ انتهاء وثبات محدد على الجهاز، واستعمال كاشف منتهي الصلاحية أو سيئ التخزين سبب شائع لفشل الكونترول.
Definition
A substance or mixture that reacts with the analyte, or supports the reaction, to produce a measurable signal. Each reagent has storage conditions, a lot number, an expiry date and an on-board stability, and an expired or badly stored reagent is a common cause of QC failure.
