المعايرة متعددة النقاط معايرة تستعمل عدة معايِرات بتراكيز مختلفة لرسم منحنى المعايرة، وكثيراً ما تكون خمس نقاط أو ستاً في المقايسات المناعية. تسمح بقياس صحيح عندما تكون العلاقة غير خطية، ويجب مراجعة شكل المنحنى بعد كل معايرة لأن نقطة سيئة واحدة قد تشوّه النتائج في جزء من المجال.
Definition
Multipoint calibration uses several calibrators at different concentrations to build the calibration curve, often five or six points in immunoassays. It allows accurate measurement when the relationship is non-linear, and the curve shape should be reviewed after each calibration because one bad point can distort results over part of the range.
