مصفوفة العينة هي كل مكوّنات العينة ما عدا المُعلم، مثل البروتينات والدهون والأملاح والماء في المصل. تختلف مصفوفة المصل البشري عن مصفوفة مادة الكونترول المصنعة، وهذا الاختلاف قد يجعل طريقتين تتفقان على عينات المرضى وتختلفان على الكونترول.
Definition
The matrix is every component of a sample except the analyte, such as proteins, lipids, salts and water in serum. The matrix of human serum differs from that of a processed control material, and this can make two methods agree on patient samples yet disagree on the control.
