مخطط ليفي-جينينغز نوع من مخططات الضبط تُرسم فيه كل نتيجة كونترول مقابل المتوسط المستهدف مع خطوط عند ±1 و±2 و±3 انحراف معياري. وهو الأداة العملية لتطبيق قواعد ويستغارد، كملاحظة أربع نقاط متتالية فوق +1 انحراف معياري في كونترول الكوليسترول.
Definition
A Levey-Jennings chart is a control chart that plots each control result against the target mean, with lines at ±1, ±2 and ±3 standard deviations. It is the working tool for applying Westgard rules, for example spotting four consecutive points above +1 SD on a cholesterol control.
