وثيقة الشركة المصنعة التي تذكر الغرض المقصود والمبدأ ونوع العينة وشروط التخزين والإجراء والقيود وادعاءات الأداء للكاشف أو الجهاز. يتحقق المختبر من طريقته مقابل هذه الادعاءات، وأي خروج عنها، مثل استعمال نوع عينة مختلف، يحول العمل إلى تصديق.
Definition
The manufacturer's document that states the intended use, principle, sample type, storage, procedure, limitations and performance claims of a reagent or device. The lab verifies its method against these claims, and any departure from them, such as a different sample type, turns the work into a validation.
