مادة الضبط المستقلة كونترول لم يُصنع ولم تُسند قيمه باستعمال المعايِر نفسه أو دفعة الكاشف نفسها المستعملة في الجهاز. تعمل كحكم محايد، فإذا انزاحت قيمة المعايِر لا ينزاح الكونترول المستقل معها، فيظهر الخطأ في مخطط ليفي جينينغز.
Definition
An independent control is one that was not produced or value-assigned using the same calibrator or reagent lot as the analyser. It acts as a neutral judge, so if the calibrator value shifts the independent control does not shift with it, and the error shows on the Levey-Jennings chart.
