تقنية تمرر الخلايا في صف واحد عبر حزمة ليزر وتقيس الضوء المتشتت والتألق الصادر عن كل خلية. تُستعمل في أجهزة الدم خماسية التفريق، ومع الأضداد المتألقة في التنميط المناعي مثل عد خلايا CD4 وتصنيف الابيضاضات.
Definition
A technique that passes cells in single file through a laser beam and measures the scattered light and fluorescence from each cell. It is used in 5-part hematology analyzers and, with fluorescent antibodies, for immunophenotyping such as CD4 counts and leukemia classification.
