تقدير لقدرة الكلية على الترشيح بوحدة مل/دقيقة/1.73 م2، يُحسب من كرياتينين المصل والعمر والجنس، وغالباً بمعادلة CKD-EPI. القيمة الأقل من 60 لأكثر من 3 أشهر تدل على مرض كلوي مزمن. لا يعتمد عليه في الأذية الكلوية الحادة والحمل والكتلة العضلية الشاذة، ويحتاج الأطفال إلى معادلات خاصة.
Definition
An estimate of kidney filtration, in mL/min/1.73 m2, calculated from serum creatinine, age and sex, most often with the CKD-EPI equation. A value below 60 for more than 3 months indicates chronic kidney disease. It is unreliable in acute kidney injury, pregnancy and extremes of muscle mass, and children need pediatric equations.
