التعريف
تقنية تُحفظ فيها الكواشف جافة داخل شريحة متعددة الطبقات أو شريط أو خرطوشة، وتكون العينة هي السائل الوحيد. تعمل بها أشرطة البول وبعض أجهزة الكيمياء، فلا تحتاج إلى تغذية مائية وصيانتها قليلة، لكن الشرائح يجب أن تُخزن ضمن حدود الرطوبة والحرارة المحددة.
Definition
A technique in which the reagents are held dry in a multilayer slide, strip or cartridge, and the sample supplies the only liquid. Urine strips and some chemistry analyzers work this way, needing no water supply and little maintenance, though slides must be stored within the stated humidity and temperature limits.
