مخطط ضبط الجودة رسم بياني تُسجَّل عليه نتائج الكونترول المتتالية بحسب ترتيبها الزمني حول خط مركزي يمثل المتوسط وحدود مشتقة من الانحراف المعياري. يتيح للعاملين رؤية ثبات الطريقة أو انجرافها أو انزياحها بنظرة واحدة، وهو ما تخفيه قائمة الأرقام.
Definition
A control chart is a graph on which successive control results are plotted in time order against a central line (the mean) and limits derived from the standard deviation. It lets staff see at a glance whether a method is stable, drifting or shifting, which a list of numbers hides.
