التعريف
الانحياز هو التقدير الكمي للخطأ المنهجي، أي الفرق بين متوسط النتائج المكررة والقيمة المرجعية أو المسندة. يُقدَّر من مواد مرجعية أو عينات التقييم الخارجي أو من مقارنة الطرق، وإذا تجاوز الحد المقبول وجب البحث في المعايرة أو دفعة الكاشف.
Definition
Bias is the numerical estimate of systematic error, the difference between the mean of replicate results and a reference or assigned value. It is estimated from reference materials, EQA samples or method comparison, and a bias beyond the allowable limit calls for a look at calibration or the reagent lot.
