جهاز دموي يعد الخلايا بمبدأ الممانعة الكهربائية ويقسم الكريات البيض حسب الحجم إلى ثلاث فئات: اللمفاويات والخلايا متوسطة الحجم والمحببات. هو أرخص وأبسط تشغيلاً، لكن الصيغ غير الطبيعية أو التي يرافقها إنذار تحتاج إلى مراجعة لطاخة دموية.
Definition
A hematology analyzer that counts cells by electrical impedance and divides white cells by size into three groups: lymphocytes, mid-sized cells and granulocytes. It is cheaper and simpler to run, but abnormal or flagged differentials still need a blood smear review.
