التعريف
إثبات الصلاحية هو التحقق من أن المتطلبات المحددة كافية لاستخدام مقصود، وفق ISO 15189:2022. يجب على المختبر إثبات صلاحية الطرق التي طورها أو عدّلها أو يستخدمها خارج نطاق الشركة المصنعة، كاستخدام مقايسة مخصصة للمصل على البول، وهذا يتطلب دراسة كاملة للصحة والإحكام والتداخلات.
Definition
Validation is verification that the specified requirements are adequate for an intended use (ISO 15189:2022). The lab must fully validate methods it has developed, modified or uses outside the manufacturer's scope, for example running a serum-only assay on urine, which needs a full study of accuracy, precision and interferences.
