التحليل المطور في المختبر هو تحليل صممه المختبر نفسه أو عدّله تعديلاً جوهرياً ويستخدمه داخله فقط. يحتاج وفق ISO 15189:2022 إلى إثبات صلاحية كامل يشمل الصحة والإحكام وحدود الكشف والتداخلات والمجالات المرجعية، كتحليل PCR محلي لكشف عامل ممرض منتشر في المنطقة.
Definition
A laboratory-developed test is an examination designed, or significantly modified, by the laboratory itself and used only within it. Under ISO 15189:2022 it needs full validation covering trueness, precision, detection limits, interferences and reference intervals, for example an in-house PCR for a locally common pathogen.
