الخطأ التحليلي الكلي هو الأثر المشترك للخطأ العشوائي والمنهجي في نتيجة واحدة، ويُقدَّر عادة بالمعادلة: القيمة المطلقة للانحياز + 1.65 × معامل الاختلاف. يُقارن بالخطأ الكلي المسموح به، فطريقة غلوكوز انحيازها 2% ومعامل اختلافها 2% يكون خطؤها الكلي المقدر نحو 5.3%.
Definition
Total analytical error is the combined effect of random and systematic error on a single result, commonly estimated as |bias| + 1.65 × CV. It is compared with the total allowable error, so a glucose method with 2% bias and 2% CV has an estimated TAE of about 5.3%.
