التعريف
نتيجة التحليل هي القيمة أو الوصف الذي ينتج عن الفحص، مثل رقم مع وحدة أو عبارة إيجابي أو سلبي. لا تكتمل النتيجة إلا بالوحدة والمجال المرجعي وهوية المريض ونوع العينة، وأي نتيجة تخرج دون مراجعة وتصديق تبقى عرضة للخطأ.
Definition
A test result is the value or description produced by an examination, such as a number with a unit or a positive or negative finding. It is only complete with its unit, reference interval, patient identity and sample type, and any result released without review and authorisation remains open to error.
