التعريف
متانة الطريقة هي قدرتها على البقاء غير متأثرة بتغيرات صغيرة متعمدة في شروطها، كدرجة حرارة الحضن أو التوقيت أو حجم الكاشف. تُدرس أساساً أثناء تطوير الطرق المحلية أو إثبات صلاحيتها، وتبين الخطوات التي تحتاج ضبطاً محكماً في الإجراء التشغيلي الموحد.
Definition
Robustness is the capacity of a method to remain unaffected by small, deliberate variations in its parameters, such as incubation temperature, timing or reagent volume. It is studied mainly during development or validation of in-house methods, and it shows which steps need tight control in the SOP.
