رمز QR للتحقق هو رمز مطبوع على التقرير يفتح عند مسحه بالهاتف نسخة التقرير المحفوظة في نظام المختبر، ليتأكد الطبيب أو الجهة المستلمة أن الورقة أصلية ولم تُعدَّل. يحمي من التقارير المزورة أو المعدلة يدوياً، ويجب ألا يكشف بيانات المريض لمن لا يملك الرمز.
Definition
A report verification QR code is printed on the report and, when scanned with a phone, opens the copy held in the laboratory system, so the clinician or receiving body can confirm the paper is genuine and unaltered. It guards against forged or hand-edited reports and must not expose patient data to anyone without the code.
