التحقق من الإحكام دراسة تؤكد أن التكرارية والإحكام داخل المختبر يطابقان بيانات الشركة المصنعة. يعتمد تصميم CLSI EP15 على تمرير مستويين أو أكثر خمس مرات يومياً لمدة خمسة أيام، ثم تُقارن معاملات الاختلاف الناتجة بالبيانات المعلنة قبل اعتماد الطريقة.
Definition
Precision verification is the study that confirms a method's repeatability and within-laboratory precision match the manufacturer's claims. The CLSI EP15 design runs two or more levels in five replicates a day for five days, and the resulting CVs are compared with the claims before the method goes live.
