التعريف
إجراء القياس هو الوصف المفصّل للقياس وفق مبدأ وطريقة محددين، ويتضمن كل ما يلزم لإجرائه، من نوع العينة والكواشف إلى الحسابات وطريقة إصدار النتيجة. تشترط ISO 15189 أن يكون هذا الإجراء موثقاً ومتاحاً للعاملين، وغالباً ما يأخذ شكل إجراء عمل قياسي لكل تحليل.
Definition
A measurement procedure is the detailed description of a measurement according to a given principle and method, covering everything needed to perform it, from sample type and reagents to calculations and how the result is reported. ISO 15189 requires it to be documented and available to staff, usually as a standard operating procedure for each test.
