حد التقدير الكمي هو أدنى كمية من المادة المقيسة يمكن قياسها بإحكام وصحة مقبولين محددين، وهو دائماً مساوٍ لحد الكشف أو أعلى منه. يحدد أدنى رقم يمكن للمختبر إصداره، فتُصدر نتيجة TSH الأقل منه على أنها أقل من قيمته.
Definition
The limit of quantitation is the lowest amount of analyte that can be measured with stated acceptable precision and trueness, and it is always equal to or higher than the limit of detection. It sets the lowest number a lab can report, so a TSH value below the LoQ is issued as less than that value.
