ضبط الجودة الداخلي هو التمرير الدوري لمواد ضبط معروفة القيمة مع عينات المرضى داخل المختبر لمراقبة ثبات أداء التحليل من دورة إلى أخرى. يكشف الخطأ قبل خروج النتائج من المختبر، فمثلاً يُمرَّر مستويان من كونترول الكرياتينين في بداية كل وردية وتُرسم نتائجهما على مخطط ليفي-جينينغز.
Definition
Internal quality control is the routine measurement of control materials alongside patient samples within the laboratory, to monitor the stability of an examination from run to run. It detects errors before results leave the lab, for instance two control levels for creatinine run at the start of each shift and plotted on a Levey-Jennings chart.
