التروبونين عالي الحساسية مقايسة للتروبونين القلبي I أو T تقيس قيمًا قابلة للكشف عند نصف الأصحاء على الأقل، بمعامل اختلاف لا يتجاوز 10% عند المئين 99 للحد الأعلى المرجعي. تسمح باستبعاد الاحتشاء أو تأكيده بخوارزميات 0 و1 ساعة أو 0 و2 ساعة، ولكل مقايسة حدودها الخاصة التي قد تختلف حسب الجنس.

High-sensitivity troponin is a cardiac troponin I or T assay that gives measurable values in at least half of healthy people, with a coefficient of variation of 10% or less at the 99th percentile upper reference limit. It supports 0/1-hour or 0/2-hour rule-in and rule-out algorithms, and each assay has its own cutoffs, which may be sex-specific.
