الفحص بحسب ISO 15189:2022 هو مجموعة العمليات التي تهدف إلى تحديد قيمة خاصية أو صفة في العينة، وهو المصطلح الذي يستعمله المعيار في موضع كلمة التحليل. في المختبرات السورية يُسمّى عادة تحليلاً، فعبارة عمليات ما قبل الفحص تعني كل ما يجري قبل تمرير العينة على الجهاز.
Definition
In ISO 15189:2022, an examination is the set of operations that determines the value or characteristic of a property in a sample, and the standard uses this word where labs usually say test or analysis. So pre-examination processes means everything that happens before the sample is run on the analyser.
