تقرير التحقق هو السجل الذي يلخص خطة التحقق أو إثبات الصلاحية وبياناته ونتائجه الإحصائية وقرار القبول، ويوقعه شخص مخول قبل استخدام الطريقة للمرضى. يطلبه مقيّمو ISO 15189:2022 لكل تحليل ضمن نطاق الاعتماد.
Definition
A verification report is the record that summarises the plan, data, statistical results and acceptance decision for a method verification or validation, signed by an authorised person before the method is used for patients. ISO 15189:2022 assessors ask to see it for every examination on the scope of accreditation.
