العينة المدعمة عينة مريض أو مجموعة عينات أُضيفت إليها كمية معروفة من المادة المقيسة النقية، وتُستخدم في دراسات الاسترداد والتداخل وحدود الكشف. يجب أن يبقى حجم الإضافة صغيراً مقارنة بحجم العينة، حتى لا تتخفف المصفوفة بدرجة تشوه النتيجة.
Definition
A spiked sample is a patient sample or pool to which a known amount of pure analyte has been added, used in recovery, interference and detection limit studies. The added volume is kept small relative to the sample volume, so the matrix is not diluted enough to distort the result.
