إعادة التحقق هي تكرار التحقق كلياً أو جزئياً بعد تغيير قد يؤثر في الأداء، كنقل الجهاز أو إصلاح كبير أو تحديث البرنامج أو تغيير تركيبة الكاشف. يحدد المختبر مداها بحسب الخطورة، كدراسة إحكام ومقارنة قصيرة بعينات المرضى بعد نقل جهاز الكيمياء.
Definition
Re-verification is repeating part or all of a verification after a change that could affect performance, such as moving an analyzer, a major repair, a software upgrade or a new reagent formulation. The lab decides its extent by risk, for example a precision study and a short patient comparison after relocating a chemistry analyzer.
