التحليل الكمي هو تحليل يعطي نتيجة رقمية على مقياس مستمر مع وحدة قياس، مثل الكرياتينين 88 µmol/L أو الهيموغلوبين 13.5 g/dL. تنطبق عليه مفاهيم الانحياز والإحكام والارتياب والخطية، وتختلف متطلبات التحقق منه عن متطلبات التحاليل النوعية.
Definition
A quantitative test gives a numerical result on a continuous scale with a unit, such as creatinine 88 µmol/L or haemoglobin 13.5 g/dL. Bias, precision, uncertainty and linearity all apply to it, and its verification requirements differ from those of qualitative tests.
