التعريف
الخطية هي قدرة الطريقة، ضمن مجال محدد، على إعطاء نتائج متناسبة طرداً مع تركيز المادة المقيسة في العينة. تُختبر بسلسلة من خمسة تخفيفات متدرجة على الأقل كما في دليل CLSI EP06، وإذا فشلت عند الطرف الأعلى وجب تخفيف العينات المرتفعة وإعادة تمريرها.
Definition
Linearity is the ability of a method, within a given interval, to give results directly proportional to the concentration of the analyte in the sample. It is checked with a series of at least five evenly spaced dilutions, as in CLSI EP06, and failure at the top end means high samples must be diluted and re-run.
