التداخل انحياز مهم سريرياً في النتيجة سببه مكوّن آخر أو خاصية أخرى في العينة، كانحلال الدم أو العكارة الدهنية أو البيليروبين أو دواء. يتحقق المختبر من بيانات الشركة حول التداخلات ويضع حدوداً لمؤشرات العينة، كعدم إصدار البوتاسيوم في العينات شديدة الانحلال.
Definition
Interference is a clinically significant bias in a result caused by another component or property of the sample, such as haemolysis, lipaemia, bilirubin or a drug. Labs check the manufacturer's interference claims and set sample index limits, for example withholding potassium on grossly haemolysed samples.
