سجل تتبع التغييرات هو سجل آلي محمي يحفظ من أنشأ أو عدّل أو حذف أي بيانات في النظام ومتى، مع القيمة القديمة والجديدة. إذا تغيّرت نتيجة البوتاسيوم بعد إصدار التقرير، يظهر في السجل اسم المستخدم ووقت التعديل وسببه، وهو من أول ما يطلبه المدقق.
Definition
An audit trail is a protected automatic log recording who created, changed or deleted any data in the system and when, with the old and new values. If a potassium result is changed after the report was released, the trail shows the user, the time and the reason, and it is among the first things an assessor asks to see.
