واجهة الربط هي الوصلة البرمجية والفيزيائية التي تنقل البيانات بين جهاز التحليل ونظام المعلومات، عبر منفذ تسلسلي أو شبكة، وفق بروتوكول مثل ASTM أو HL7. قبل تشغيلها سريرياً يجب التحقق من أن كل نتيجة تصل كاملة وبالوحدة الصحيحة ومرتبطة بالمريض الصحيح.
Definition
An interface is the software and physical link that moves data between an analyzer and the information system, over a serial port or network, using a protocol such as ASTM or HL7. Before clinical use it must be verified that every result arrives complete, in the right unit and attached to the right patient.
