التعريف
التحكم في الوصول هو تحديد من يستطيع الدخول إلى النظام وماذا يستطيع أن يرى أو يفعل، عبر حساب شخصي لكل مستخدم وكلمة مرور وصلاحيات محددة. يحمي سرية بيانات المرضى، ويجعل كل إجراء منسوباً لشخص معروف، لذلك لا يجوز أن يعمل الفنيون جميعاً بحساب واحد مشترك.
Definition
Access control determines who can log in to the system and what they can see or do, using a personal account, password and defined permissions for each user. It protects patient confidentiality and makes every action attributable to a known person, which is why technicians must never share one common login.
