الاسم الذي توصي به إرشادات MIQE للدورة التي يُكشف عندها التضخيم، ويشمل Ct ونقطة العبور (Cp) والمصطلحات المشابهة في الأجهزة المختلفة. استعمال Cq في التقارير وإجراءات العمل يمنع الالتباس عندما يعمل المختبر على أجهزة من شركات مختلفة.
Definition
The MIQE-recommended name for the cycle at which amplification is detected, covering Ct, crossing point (Cp) and similar instrument terms. Using Cq in reports and SOPs avoids confusion when the lab runs platforms from different manufacturers.
