خطوة بعد PCR في الزمن الحقيقي تُرفع فيها الحرارة ببطء مع تسجيل التألق، لإظهار الحرارة التي ينفصل عندها الناتج ثنائي السلسلة. لكل ناتج حرارة انصهار مميزة، فيؤكد المنحنى نوعية التضخيم أو يفرق بين المتغيرات الوراثية.
Definition
A step after real-time PCR in which the temperature is raised slowly while fluorescence is recorded, showing the temperature at which the double-stranded product separates.
