التعريف
إزالة الهوية هي حذف أو تعديل البيانات التي تكشف شخصية المريض، مثل الاسم والرقم الوطني والهاتف وتاريخ الميلاد الكامل، قبل استخدام البيانات لغرض آخر. تُستخدم عند إعداد إحصاءات أو إرسال بيانات إلى خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي، مع الانتباه إلى أن اجتماع معلومات قليلة كالعمر والبلدة والتشخيص النادر قد يكشف الشخص.
Definition
De-identification removes or alters data that reveal a patient's identity, such as name, national ID, phone number and full date of birth, before the data are used for another purpose. It is used for statistics or before sending data to an AI service, although age, town and a rare diagnosis combined can still identify someone.
