عند تعبئة نموذج التواصل أو الاشتراك، نجمع اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورسالتك فقط، لغرض الرد عليك.When you complete a contact or subscribe form, we collect only your name, email, and message, for the purpose of replying to you.

ينطبق هذا القسم على تطبيق لاب سوريا على iOS و Android. التطبيق مجاني، ولا يتطلب تسجيل دخول، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع ولا أدوات تحليل استخدام.This section applies to the LabSyria app on iOS and Android. The app is free, requires no sign-in, and contains no advertising, no tracking, and no usage analytics.

ما يبقى على جهازكWhat stays on your device

تقدّمك في الدورات ونتائج الاختبارات والشهادات التي حصلت عليها والمقالات المحفوظة وتفضيلات اللغة والمظهر، كلها تُحفظ في ذاكرة التطبيق على جهازك فقط. لا تُرسل إلينا، وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق. جميع الأدوات الحسابية (ليفي-جينينغز، محوّل الوحدات، الحاسبات السريرية، القيم المرجعية) تعمل على جهازك دون إرسال أي شيء.Your course progress, quiz results, issued certificates, saved articles, and your language and theme preferences are stored in the app on your device only. They are not sent to us, and they are removed when you delete the app. Every calculation tool (Levey-Jennings, unit converter, clinical calculators, reference ranges) runs on your device and sends nothing.

نموذج التواصل وطلب الشهادة: يُرسل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورسالتك إلى info@labsyria.com، وذلك فقط عندما ترسل النموذج بنفسك.Contact form and certificate request: your name, email, and message are sent to info@labsyria.com, and only when you submit the form yourself.

مساعد المختبر: عندما تطرح سؤالاً، يُرسل نص سؤالك ومحادثتك الحالية إلى خادم لاب سوريا ومنه إلى مزوّد نموذج لغوي (Anthropic) لتوليد الإجابة. لا يُرفق باسمك ولا ببريدك الإلكتروني ولا بمعرّف جهازك. لا نحتفظ بنص أسئلتك بعد إرسال الإجابة، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب أي نموذج. نحتفظ بعدّاد استخدام مجهول (رقم عشوائي مشتق من عنوان الشبكة مع ملح يومي) للحد من الإساءة فقط، ولا يمكن الرجوع منه إليك. لا ترسل معلومات تخصّ مريضاً بعينه إلى المساعد.The lab assistant: when you ask a question, the text of your question and the current conversation is sent to the LabSyria server and on to a language-model provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer. It is not attached to your name, your email, or your device identifier. We do not retain your question text after the answer is returned, and it is not used to train any model. We keep an anonymous usage counter (a one-way hash of the network address with a daily salt) purely to limit abuse; it cannot be traced back to you. Do not send information about an identifiable patient to the assistant.

التحقق من الشهادات: عند التحقق من رقم شهادة، يُرسل رقم الشهادة فقط إلى learn.labsyria.com.Certificate verification: when you check a certificate, only the certificate ID is sent to learn.labsyria.com.

طلب عرض أو استشارة: عند إرسال الطلب من التطبيق، يصلنا ما كتبته بنفسك: الاسم ووسيلة التواصل، واسم المختبر والمدينة والصفة إن ذكرتها، وما اخترته من احتياجات ومدى زمني. نستخدمه للردّ عليك وإعداد عرضٍ مناسب فقط.Requesting a quote or advice: when you send the enquiry form in the app, we receive what you wrote yourself: your name and how to reach you, plus the laboratory, city and role if you gave them, and the needs and timeline you chose. We use it to reply and prepare a suitable proposal, and for nothing else.

الإشعارات: إن فعّلت الإشعارات في التطبيق، يُسجَّل لدينا رمز إشعار خاصّ بجهازك مع نظام التشغيل ولغة التطبيق ورقم إصداره. الرمز معرّف للجهاز لا لك: لا يحمل اسمك ولا بريدك، ولا يكشف ما تقرؤه داخل التطبيق. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق في أي وقت.Notifications: if you turn notifications on in the app, we record a push token for your device along with the operating system, the app language and the app version. The token identifies the device, not you: it carries no name or email, and reveals nothing about what you read in the app. You can turn notifications off in the app's settings at any time.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفهاData retention and deletion

البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك (التقدّم، نتائج الاختبارات، الشهادات، المقالات المحفوظة، تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر) تبقى على جهازك ما دام التطبيق مثبّتاً، وتُحذف نهائياً عند حذف التطبيق. يمكنك مسحها في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق دون مراسلتنا.Data held on your device (progress, quiz results, certificates, saved articles, language and theme preferences) stays on your device for as long as the app is installed, and is permanently deleted when you delete the app. You can clear it at any time from the app's settings without contacting us.

نص أسئلتك للمساعد لا يُحتفظ به. يُمرّر لتوليد الإجابة ثم يُهمل، ولا يُخزَّن في قاعدة بيانات ولا يُستخدم لتدريب أي نموذج. عدّاد الاستخدام المجهول يُشتق بملح يومي وينتهي خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة.Your assistant question text is not retained. It is passed through to produce the answer and then discarded. It is not written to a database and is not used to train any model. The anonymous usage counter is derived with a daily salt and expires within twenty four hours.

أرقام الشهادات المُرسلة إلى learn.labsyria.com للتحقق لا تُخزَّن، ولا يُحتفظ بسجل لعمليات التحقق.Certificate IDs sent to learn.labsyria.com for verification are not stored, and no log of verification checks is kept.

رسائل نموذج التواصل وطلبات العروض وطلبات الشهادات تصل إلى بريد info@labsyria.com ويُحتفظ بها مدة أقصاها أربع وعشرون شهراً من آخر مراسلة معك، ثم تُحذف. إن طلبت الحذف قبل ذلك عبر مراسلتنا على info@labsyria.com، نحذفها خلال ثلاثين يوماً ونؤكّد لك ذلك.Contact form messages, enquiries and certificate requests arrive in the info@labsyria.com mailbox and are kept for a maximum of twenty four months from our last correspondence with you, then deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner by emailing info@labsyria.com, we delete them within thirty days and confirm that we have.

رمز الإشعارات يبقى مسجّلاً ما دامت الإشعارات مفعّلة على جهازك. عند إيقافها من الإعدادات أو حذف التطبيق يتوقف العمل بالرمز ويُزال من قائمة الإرسال.A notification token stays on our list for as long as notifications are on for that device. When you turn them off in Settings or delete the app the token stops being used and is removed from the sending list.

لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية أخرى عنك، ولا ننشئ حساباً ولا ملفاً شخصياً لك.We hold no other personal data about you. We create no account and no profile for you.

ما لا نجمعهWhat we do not collect

لا نجمع موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا أي بيانات صحية ولا معرّفات إعلانية ولا سجلات الأعطال. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أداة إعلانات أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث. المعرّف الوحيد الذي قد نحتفظ به هو رمز الإشعارات الموصوف أعلاه، ولا يُسجَّل إلا إذا فعّلت الإشعارات بنفسك.We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, any health data, advertising identifiers, or crash logs. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK. The only identifier we may hold is the notification token described above, and it is recorded only if you turn notifications on yourself.

التطبيق موجّه لأخصائيي المختبرات وطلابها، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال.The app is intended for laboratory professionals and students, and is not directed at children.

التطبيق للتعليم والتطوير المهني. ليس جهازاً طبياً ولا أداة تشخيص.The app is for education and professional development. It is not a medical device and not a diagnostic tool.
