خطة المختبر عند انقطاع الكهرباءLaboratory power-outage and restart plan
انقطاع الكهرباء خطرٌ روتينيٌّ في سوريا، لا استثناء. هذه خطةٌ عمليةٌ من ثلاث مراحل، الاستعداد والحماية والاستئناف، مبنيةٌ على منهج منظمة الصحة العالمية لإدارة جودة المختبر. اطبعها وعلّقها حيث يراها كل مناوب.A power cut is a routine risk in Syria, not an exception. This is a practical three-stage plan, prepare, protect and restart, built on the WHO approach to laboratory quality management. Print it and post it where every shift can see it.
قبل الانقطاع: الاستعدادBefore the outage: preparedness
- مصدر طاقةٍ احتياطي محدَّدA defined backup power sourceحدِّد ما يعمل على مولّدٍ أو UPS: الثلاجات الحرجة أولاً، ثم الأجهزة التي تفقد المعايرة. اعرف زمن تشغيل UPS الفعلي لكل جهاز.Define what runs on a generator or UPS: critical fridges first, then instruments that lose calibration. Know the real UPS runtime for each device.
- مسؤولٌ مناوبٌ معروفA known responsible personلكل مناوبةٍ شخصٌ مسؤولٌ عن تنفيذ خطة الانقطاع، يعرف أولوية نقل الكواشف وإيقاف الأجهزة بأمان.Each shift has one person responsible for executing the outage plan, who knows the priority for moving reagents and shutting instruments down safely.
- تسجيل الحرارة قبل الحدثTemperature logged before the eventقراءةٌ موثّقةٌ لحرارة كل ثلاجةٍ ومجمّد قبل أي انقطاعٍ متوقّع، لتكون نقطة الأساس التي تقيس منها الانحراف.A documented temperature reading for every fridge and freezer before any expected outage, as the baseline you measure any excursion from.
أثناء الانقطاع: الحمايةDuring the outage: protection
- لا تفتح الثلاجاتKeep fridges closedثلاجةٌ مغلقةٌ تحافظ على حرارتها ساعاتٍ أطول. لا تفتح الأبواب إلا للضرورة القصوى، وسجّل وقت بدء الانقطاع.A closed fridge holds temperature for far longer. Do not open doors unless essential, and record the time the outage began.
- أوقف التشغيل بأمانStop runs safelyلا تبدأ دفعة فحصٍ جديدة. أكمل أو أوقف التشغيل الجاري وفق تعليمات الشركة لتجنّب تلف العيّنة أو الجهاز.Do not start a new analytical batch. Complete or halt the current run per the manufacturer's instructions to avoid harming the sample or the instrument.
- احمِ العيّنات والمعايرةProtect specimens and calibrationانقل العيّنات الحرجة إلى تخزينٍ مبرَّدٍ احتياطي. دوّن الأجهزة التي قد تفقد معايرتها لإعادة فحصها لاحقاً.Move critical specimens to backup refrigerated storage. Note which instruments may lose calibration so they can be checked later.
بعد عودة الكهرباء: الاستئنافAfter power returns: restart
- افحص قبل التشغيلInspect before powering upتحقّق من استقرار مصدر الكهرباء، ثم شغّل الأجهزة وفق تسلسل الشركة. راقب رسائل الأخطاء عند الإقلاع.Confirm the supply is stable, then power instruments up in the manufacturer's sequence. Watch for error messages on boot.
- قيّم سلسلة التبريدAssess the cold chainسجّل مدة الانقطاع وأدنى/أقصى حرارةٍ بلغتها كل ثلاجة، وقيّم صلاحية الكواشف والشواهد المتأثرة قبل استخدامها.Record the outage duration and the min/max temperature each fridge reached, and assess the affected reagents and controls before use.
- شغّل الشاهد قبل إصدار النتائجRun QC before releasing resultsلا تُصدر نتائج مرضى بعد الانقطاع قبل تشغيل الشواهد وتأكيد أنها ضمن الحدود. أعد المعايرة إذا لزم.Do not release patient results after the outage before running controls and confirming they are in range. Recalibrate if needed.
- وثّق الحادثةDocument the incidentسجّل وقت البدء والانتهاء، والإجراءات، والكواشف المتأثرة، وقرارات القبول أو الإتلاف، والتوقيع. الحادثة الموثّقة درسٌ يمنع تكرارها.Record the start and end times, the actions, the affected reagents, the accept-or-discard decisions, and a signature. A documented incident is a lesson that prevents a repeat.
القاعدة الذهبية: أي نتيجةٍ صدرت أثناء أو بعد الانقطاع دون تأكيد الشاهد تُعتبر غير موثوقة حتى يُثبت العكس. الجهاز الذي فقد معايرته يكذب بثقة.The golden rule: any result produced during or after an outage without a confirming control is untrustworthy until proven otherwise. An instrument that has lost its calibration lies with confidence.
