تنظيم المختبر الجزيئي بحيث يسير العمل باتجاه واحد، من تحضير الكواشف إلى استخلاص العينات ثم التضخيم والكشف، في مناطق منفصلة. لا يعود الكادر ولا المعاطف ولا الأدوات من منطقة التضخيم إلى المناطق النظيفة في اليوم نفسه، وهذا يحد من تلوث نواتج التضخيم.
Definition
Organizing a molecular lab so that work moves in one direction, from reagent preparation to sample extraction and then to amplification and detection, in separate areas. Staff, coats and equipment do not return from the amplification area to clean areas on the same day, which limits amplicon contamination.
