التعريف
مدة توقف النظام هي الفترة التي يكون فيها نظام المعلومات أو الجهاز غير متاح، سواء كانت مخططة للصيانة أو طارئة بسبب عطل أو انقطاع كهرباء أو شبكة. يحتاج المختبر إجراءً مكتوباً لهذه الحالة يشمل طلبات ونتائج ورقية وطريقة إدخالها في النظام لاحقاً دون فقدان أو تكرار.
Definition
Downtime is the period when the information system or an analyzer is unavailable, either planned for maintenance or unplanned due to a fault, power cut or network failure. The laboratory needs a written downtime procedure covering paper requests and reports and how they are entered into the system afterwards without loss or duplication.
